How to Order
Placing Your Order
When you have selected your design, you will click on the order button, which will take you to the RiverDog Prints Store. Once there, you will select flat or foldover style, then enter name(s), upload photo(s) and enter any other information to customize your card in the areas provided. You'll need to select the quantity - we do require a minimum order of 12 cards. Click add to basket and you're ready to checkout! You can also take advantage of completing your cards with matching custom return address labels or a keepsake box. All cards (excluding Holiday) include custom-lined envelopes.
Proofing Your Card
After you have completed your order, we will get your card ready for you to proof. This may take as long as 48 hours. We will send you an email with a link to your custom card proof. Any changes to text or color choice (if applicable) need to be made at this time. You must reply to the email stating your approval of the proof, so we can finish processing your order for shipment.
Shipping
We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping. This is based on using Priority Mail, which will reach you in 1 to 2 days from the time we complete your order. No express shipping options are offered at his time. Once your order has been shipped, we will monitor your package with Delivery Confirmation to ensure the timely arrival of you purchase.
Sales Tax
We are located in the lovely state of Connecticut. Per Connecticut law, we are required to collect a 6% sales tax for orders that are shipped to destinations within this state. All other orders are exempt from sales tax.
Returns
RiverDog Prints stands behind its creations and hopes that all our customers are satisfied with the results. If we have made an error, we will gladly rectify it as soon as possible. If the error cannot be rectified, we will offer a refund, an exchange or a credit towards future purchases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors.
Copyrighted Images
If you have a copyrighted image that you wish to use for customizing your cards and labels, please contact the photographer to request a signed copyright release for your own records. RiverDog Prints upholds the legal rights of photographers.
Copyright Indemnification
Purchaser agrees to hold harmless RiverDog Prints for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees or judgments resulting from any claims or lawsuit made against RiverDog Prints for any grounds claiming that the work produced violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person or entity.
