Why do I need to register to make a purchase?
All cards are customized and a proof needs to be sent to you for approval. All your personal information is encrypted and used only by RiverDog Prints for your order and newsletters from our site.
How and when do I receive my proof?
When your order is complete and we have all the information necessary (photos, names, etc.), we begin working on your card. It should take 1 to 2 days for us to send you an email with the link to your proof.
How do I access my proof?
We send you an email from proofs@riverdogprints.com with a link to your proof that only you can access. It will either be a clickable link or you will have to cut and paste the link into your browser.
How do I approve or make a text change to my proof?
You would reply to the email sent from proofs@riverdogprints.com stating your approval or your changes. Changes can only be made to the text information you provided. Photos and the design of the card cannot be changed.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! New this year, we offer gift certificates in amounts that range from $15 to $150.00. You can click here to purchase one now.
What are the shipping rates?
We use USPS First Class Mail. We have estimated that card set rates are $3.50 for US orders and $5.00 for international orders. Estimated shipping for tags and labels are $1.50 for US orders and $2.25 for international orders. If you'd like quicker shipping, please put your request for USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail in the Delivery Notes or Comments section of checkout. Your PayPal order will be adjusted for the difference in shipping after your package has shipped.
When can I expect delivery?
Orders sent via USPS First Class Mail can take 2 to 5 business days for US delivery. Please allow at least 1 week for all destinations outside the US.
